Chuck E Cheese

I took Sidney to Chuck E Cheese for the first time recently. Now she asks to go back everyday!!  She'll say, "Mommy, if I am a good girl today can we go to Chuck E Cheese?" or "Mommy, if I poo-poo in the potty can you take me to Chuck E Cheese?"  Oh the joys of being 3

Something is not right here.....

So let me explain.....Bo ruined his bed by ripping a hole in it and proceeding to drag all the stuffing out and around my bedroom. Therefore, he does not have a bed any longer. He decided he would, then, claim Folgers tiny bed as his own. As you can see that isn't working too well for him.

Kennidy played varsity as a freshman. She received her letter...now she just needs her jacket!! Hmmmmm...wonder if Santa knows.  ;)

Ring in the Season

To kick off the holiday season, we went to the annual "Festival of the Trees".  The Riverside Convention Center offers this fun, free event. Inside the convention center are about 100 differently decorated Christmas trees on display.

Santa is always there, too......

After voting on our favorite decorated tree, we were hungry!! We decided to take a walk and see what we could find to snack on nearby.....

We found Casey's Cupcakes! Kennidy and I had seen her on Cupcake Wars this past season so we just HAD to try one of her famous cupcakes! She ended up winning Cupcake Wars 2011 and has her shop in Riverside. It was a cute little shop. We tried her german chocolate cupcake and her maple filled pumpkin spice cupcake. Both delicious!

The next weekend we cruised through the Bass Pro Shop in Victoria Gardens. Santa was there too!.......

Kennidy and Sidney rode the carousel and we found some photo opportunities!......

We started out the season with a bang! More to come................
