New FAMILY pics!

It's been 3 years since we have had some real nice family pictures taken so.....we stepped outside with a real photographer and took a few!!

***Disclaimer***

Note: The pictures you are about to see were "stolen" during the real photo shoot by either Kennidy or myself by standing over the real photographers shoulder and snapping away.  :)  The REAL pictures (edited and cropped, etc) will be out for distribution in the weeks to come.

PS--We took so many more pictures in so many more different groupings, but these were the only ones we were able to "steal" with our own camera.  :)

Festival of the Trees

Last weekend Sidney and I went to The Festival of the Trees in Riverside at the Riverside Convention Center. They had over 100 differently decorated Christmas trees, various crafts and games, and lots of yummy snacks! Sidney even got her picture taken with Santa Clause. She hasn't stopped talking about, "Santa."

It's Rudolph!

Below are just a few pictures I took of some of my favorite tree displays:

We took a walk around downtown Riverside after touring the tree displays. Here is Sidney on our walk, wearing her jingle bell necklace she made.

Off We Go A Haunting!

Hope everyone had a fun and safe 2010 Halloween!! Here is a glimpse into ours!

This year, Sidney was dressed as a bumble bee. This is the exact costume Kennidy wore on her second Halloween, too. Grandma Carol made it for Kennidy over 11 years ago!! Speaking of Kennidy, she spent Halloween with her dad this year, but I requested a picture of her all dressed up as a Candy Corn Witch (see picture below). Linda and Steven spent Halloween evening with their paternal grandparents this year so I, also, requested a picture of those two (see below). Steven was a glowing skeleton and Linda was a hippie. So....Sidney and I hit the streets by ourself this year (daddy had to work).

Sidney sees some scary costumes out there!

More confident and ready to go!

A kiss from my little bee

"Really, Mom. More pictures?"

We found our old neighbor, Jason, while we were out and we joined him and his mom for the last half of our candy collecting journey.

Sidney is staring at the werewolf behind Jason.

Trick or Treat! Well..just treat, please!

Sidney and Jason check out an awesome house display...complete with a talking Merlin who answered questions.

Time to sample the goods!
